Customer Care Center Representative (Summer Seasonal position)
About The Position
We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our fast-paced team at Clarke , a company dedicated to public health and sustainability . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers by providing helpful information and assistance while ensuring a seamless experience. WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $18.00 per hour Seasonal Position: May through August ABOUT CLARKE Clarke lives up to our company's mission to make communities around the world more livable, safe and comfortable. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An upbeat attitude and above average problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Answer incoming calls from the customer care phone line
- Enter information for orders and quotes
- Document customer complaints and questions
