About The Position

Based in our Customer Care Center in Lancaster, TX. Tuff Shed is recruiting for a full time Customer Care Representative, responsible for assisting customers with warranty claims and relaying claims and order concerns to our factories. Work from Home Option Available after Training: 2 days remote / 3 days in office Do you have what it takes to be a successful TUFF SHED Customer Care Representative? Courteously and professionally communicate and correspond with customers, internal personnel, and our partners at The Home Depot via inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, CRM documentation, and online chat. Accurately track and report customer warranty claims and order concerns via our robust CRM system. Attention to detail with heavy documentation

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, with an empathetic and supportive spirit
  • Ability to work within a flexible schedule, including seasonal adjustments (hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 7:00pm and rotating Saturdays).
  • Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications required; experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management (CRM) software is highly preferred
  • Ability to quickly solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment
  • Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
  • Ability to prepare written correspondence such as emails, texts and chats that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Ability to work successfully within a team environment
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Experience working with upset customers preferred
  • Experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management (CRM) software is highly preferred
