Your mission is to help suppliers navigate issues quickly and confidently so they get uninterrupted value from our technology. Whether you’re troubleshooting a technical issue, investigating a missed order, or walking a new partner through onboarding, you bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every interaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Fluent in Spanish is required
  • Excellent communicator who remains clear, warm, and structured even in high-pressure situations.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and skilled at using tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, and internal systems.
  • Curious and highly adaptable, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and adjust quickly to evolving needs.
  • Deeply empathetic and consistently focused on solutions, always prioritizing positive customer outcomes and strong team collaboration.

  • Bachelor Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for US customers, troubleshooting bugs and resolving technical issues on our AI platform via chat, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Diagnose and investigate platform errors, ensuring customers receive clear explanations, accurate resolutions, and a smooth experience.
  • Guide customers through technical workflows, helping them understand and effectively use our AI tools during onboarding and day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams by documenting bugs, reporting trends, and providing insights that improve platform reliability.
