About The Position

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $20.00 – $23.00 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.) Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior call center experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Field inbound calls and address customer questions or issues prior to their first payment due date.
Record customer interactions in the system with accuracy and detail.
Respond to callback requests and ensure proper correspondence is mailed upon requests.
Make occasional outbound calls to verify contract terms, application data, and repayment options.
