About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Customer Care Assistant to support internal operations and projects within our Customer Care team. This behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, data accuracy, and process improvement. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on internal support and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in admin, operations, or customer support (non-customer facing)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support customer care initiatives through administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with collections workflows, reporting, and tracking overdue accounts
  • Compile and analyze customer data to improve internal processes
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Track project timelines and ensure timely deliverables
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve process issues and suggest improvements
  • Review internal records for quality assurance and compliance
