About The Position

Camping World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join our growing Acquisition Operations Team . This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our RV acquisition process by managing customer documentation, title workflows, and internal system updates. The ideal candidate combines administrative precision with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Knowledge of title and registration procedures (automotive or RV industry preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support the acquisition process by managing documentation from initial customer contact through contract completion and funding.
  • Receive, scan, and upload contracts, titles, and supporting documents into internal systems (Salesforce, HappyFox , and related platforms).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Titles, Funding, and Dealership) to ensure each deal progresses accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to sellers by communicating status updates, clarifying paperwork requirements, and ensuring a smooth selling experience.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory documentation practices.
