Schedule - Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Hourly Pay - $20.00-$23.00. Paid Weekly Service Advisor / Automotive Billing Experience Summary The Customer Billing Coordinator is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that customers are billed according to the service they received. Develop quotes by costing materials, supplies, and labor. calculating customer's payment, including deductibles and generating the invoice to be submitted to the customer for payment. Possess a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and excel under pressure. Maintains a general understanding of the repair process as it relates to Standard Repair Times and parts pricing which will appear on quote/ invoice to the customer. Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
One (1) year to Two (2) years or more in customer service experience, Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
Possesses a high degree of initiative
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, provide finalized invoices and other billing information to customers.
Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote.
Make sure all parts are billed on service repair order.
Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice.
Ensure customers are billed correctly for the services provided.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quoting and invoicing.
Write and prepare effective, compliant, and high-quality price quotes and invoices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates.
Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote/Work Order/Invoice queue, responding to incoming quote and invoice requests from customers in a timely manner.
Update required fields in Salesforce.com case once Quote/Work Order/Invoice is processed and ready for customer delivery.
May use additional secondary systems including Auto integrate, Holman and Element for fleet management quoting/billing.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining invoices and obtaining POs for payment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
