As a Customer Application Engineer Intern at Ivalua, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in supporting our innovative Source-to-Pay solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for clients who have implemented the Ivalua Solution, engaging with them in the Maintenance and Support workstream post-implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support as they navigate their procurement processes. You will be part of the Support Team, which is dedicated to maintaining customer applications and delivering enhancements, updates, and upgrades. The team operates with a commitment to excellence and efficiency, proactively monitoring production environments to improve user experience and business value. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with a diverse team of problem solvers who are passionate about delivering solutions that address long-term customer challenges.
