The purpose of this position is to empower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large data into actionable insights. Partnering with our data, product, and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts. This position will build and manage the ability to target our guests with personalized communications and offers and to analyze the performance of those offers. They will also be responsible for a more holistic view of loyalty program performance and the analysis of broader offer initiatives. This role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and households containing thousands of customer attributes. The position will leverage our industry leading platforms to influence marketing strategy based on advanced analytics and insights. This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday through Thursday
