Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to; • Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services. • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. • Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process. • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales. • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label. • To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times. • You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role. • Any other duties as required for the role.
