In this hybrid role spanning customer service, accounts receivable, and collections, you will deliver responsive customer support; investigate and resolve account and order discrepancies; manage outreach and follow-up on past-due balances; and process payments, credits, and adjustments with a high degree of accuracy. Success requires strong organization, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and clear, confident communication with customers and internal partners.
