This role is primarily onsite but also involves field engagement with customers, guiding them through the rent-to-own process for furniture, appliances, and electronics, and helping them acquire ownership of items for their homes. The position offers a blend of sales, exceptional customer service, account management, and collections, with daily opportunities to interact with customers and solve challenges. Responsibilities

Ensuring the showroom floor is inviting and ready for customers
Setting up visually appealing showroom displays
Assembling new furniture, appliances, and electronics
Refurbishing previously rented items
Providing exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Assisting customers with sales
Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries and returns
Handling service calls and offering guidance to customers regarding their rented merchandise
Diagnosing issues that may arise with rented merchandise
Contacting customers to renew expired rental agreements (collections)
Utilizing phone outreach and field visits to maintain strong relationships and customer accounts
