Requirements

Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and maintain a comprehensive database.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Regularly report on account activities and client feedback to improve service delivery.
