Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or account management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Process orders, manage account changes, and handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product and service information to customers and manage customer expectations.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and contribute to process improvements.
Uphold the company's values in all interactions.
