Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or logistics are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or delivery services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move items as required.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Availability to work various shifts, including some Saturdays (off on Sundays).

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture customer relationships by providing top-tier service and support.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, payment processing, and resolving any potential issues.
Coordinate and perform delivery of products to customers ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle loading, unloading, and inspecting of delivery items to ensure product quality and safety.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
Execute effective communication with customers to confirm delivery times, resolve delivery discrepancies, and obtain feedback.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service and delivery expectations.
