Your role on our team:The Customer Account Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers. This role plays a pivotal role in liaising between internal departments such as parts, service, finance, etc. to ensure a holistic support for accounts / customers within the assigned territory. The position develops the sales territory for future growth and maintains relationships within given guidelines and provides after sales product follow-up and supports equipment operations as needed.
