We’re looking for a high-energy, personable Custom Pool & Backyard Specialist who enjoys guiding homeowners through designing, selling, and managing custom pool and backyard projects. This isn’t your typical sales role—it’s about creating dream outdoor spaces and being part of a team that delivers exceptional results.
Requirements
- Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident leading conversations with homeowners
- Self-motivated and goal-driven—you know how to close sales with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Organized, professional, and reliable with strong follow-through
- Prior experience in sales is required (construction, outdoor living, or pool industry experience is a strong plus)
- Comfortable using your own vehicle to attend appointments and site visits

Responsibilities
- Quickly reach out to new leads and schedule in-home or on-site consultations
- Help customers envision their ideal pool, spa, and backyard designs
- Provide clear, timely estimates within 48 hours of each consultation
- Close deals and oversee project planning before handing off to our production team
- Stay connected with customers throughout the build process, assisting with questions, payments, and ensuring satisfaction
- Represent our company’s brand, values, and commitment to excellence with every interaction
Benefits
- $65,000 Annual Base Salary + Commission on True Net of closed and paid-in-full projects
