We seek an outgoing individual to professionally manage a group of customer accounts with an emphasis on building long term relationships and growing our revenue in our custom solutions vertical. This position requires you to meet our customers, discover their needs, work with our in-house engineers to create custom solutions, and ultimately drive revenue. You will be responsible for all account activities including quote creation, order/payment processing, shipping, invoicing, and more. You’ll need to be good at handling several computer systems on multiple screens to perform your tasks. Our customer interactions require extreme attention to detail, over communication, impeccable organizational skills, the ability to think in 3D, and effective prioritization. This role must build relationships with individuals through email/chat/phone conversations over a long sales cycle, learn everything about our products including how they are utilized in the field, and work collaboratively with different departments.
