About The Position

Provides technical training and guidance to department personnel. Analyzes needs and recommends revisions to Department Policies and Procedures. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile georgraphical radius Asheville NC location will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical or electronics engineering technology, mechanical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, or mechatronics from an accredited institution. Up to one year manufacturing experience including internships and co-op assignments. Knowledge of power distribution and control systems (LV and MV Switchgear, Panel boards and Switchboards, Motor Control Centers, etc.)). LI-MI1 Position Criteria: Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, databases Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
