Requirements

2+ years of experience fabricating custom cabinetry.
Experience with fabrication tools, measurement instruments, and finishing techniques.
Knowledge of countertop materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and solid surfaces.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork mindset.
Physically capable of lifting 40-100lbs and standing for extended periods.
Commitment to safety and proper use of protective equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

Cut, shape, polish, and finish countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble, laminate) to precise specifications.
Safely operate and maintain fabrication machinery, including bridge saws, CNC machines, routers, and hand tools.
Inspect materials and completed pieces for accuracy, quality, and visual standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, templates, and layouts to ensure proper fit and design execution.
Handle and move heavy slabs safely; assist with installation and on-site modifications as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
