Job Description We welcome forward-thinkers like you U.S. Bank is hiring a Custody Operations Specialist to support our Global Settlements team within Wealth Operations. Some responbilities include but not limited too: Accountable for setting up securities, general account and asset level maintenance. Effectively and accurately coordinate, manage and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines. Understands and achieves established Service Level Agreements. Communicates timely and effectively with trust administration, fund services, trade services and external brokers via email and phone What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is dependable and punctual, with a good work ethic. Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of relevant experience
  • We are looking for someone who is dependable and punctual, with a good work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of SWIFT for global settlements
  • Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within the financial industry
  • Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
