About The Position

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall housekeeping of the production facility, offices, restrooms, and common areas. This role supports a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by ensuring the facility meets company cleanliness standards. This is a great place to work, with a team that values respect, teamwork, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Assistance with outside maintenance, including keeping exterior areas clean and orderly, may sometimes be required as well. Regular work schedule is Monday-Friday 1pm to 9pm.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required; willing to train
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Perform general housekeeping throughout the production floor, warehouse, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum all office and common place floors
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, and workstations as permitted
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
Assist with spill clean-up and maintain safe walkways
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor
Support production team with general facility upkeep as needed
