Starting Pay $16 per hour $2 Shift Differential Location: 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8PM - 3AM Position Overview Under direction of the Company Services Supervisor , performs a broad range of custodian duties and manual work in the care and cleaning of the company headquarters building , medical clinic and /or other assigned facilities .

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D . certificate.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Str o ng attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motion for long periods of time .
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions preferred .

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties adhering to approved department procedures and standards.
• Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors .
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges and squeegees .
• Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities .
• Load s /unload s dishwashers ; clean s countertop, coffee equipment, caterings and conference rooms .
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures .
• Maintains custodial equipment and supplies ; performs preventative maintenance a nd maintain s cleaning chemicals and consumable inventory .
• May train others and p erforms related work as assigned .
