Our position available: PRN, Day shift Job Description: The custodian is responsible for major floor care projects, trash disposal, and cleaning of common areas in the community.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Must have valid and active Driver License issued from any state.
- Successful completion of Cypress Club of Raleigh’s golf cart training.
- As a condition of employment, all employees of The Cypress of Raleigh must successfully pass a drug/alcohol test and a thorough criminal history check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
