Essential Functions: Maintains a clean and orderly environment Properly cleans and maintains areas as assigned Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to Facility Manager Frequently removes dusts and debris from high and low surfaces Completes any daily paperwork required Assists with minor facility maintenance Sets up rooms for rental activites Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment when using cleaning materials and equipment. Typical duties include cleaning activities such as vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning with disinfectant, emptying trash cans, placing trash into dumpster, cleaning windows and window seals, light dusting, changing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, setting up tables and moving chairs.
