About The Position

MISSION CONTRIBUTION: Assists in the maintenance of contracted facilities through the efficient and effective application of custodial maintenance procedures, in accordance with the desired Goodwill image. FUNCTION: Under the direct supervision of the Custodial Assistant Team Lead (ATL) or Lead Custodian, and the Success Coach, is responsible for assisting in the custodial maintenance of facilities in a neat and clean appearance.

Requirements

• Ability to utilize a wide array of custodial chemicals; general cleaning chemicals
• Ability to safely operate custodial equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% world-class customer service.
• Clean, dust and wipe furniture.
• Sweep, mop or vacuum floors.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures. Refill restroom dispensers.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
• Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds.
• Performs assigned duties within the framework of our PRIDE Core Values.
• Attends in-service and related training as assigned by contracts leadership.
• May be asked to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.
• Performs other duties as assigned by contracts leadership.
