Requirements

• 2+ years custodial/janitorial experience (multi-site preferred)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of machines and tools.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintain spotless showrooms, offices, restrooms, and service areas
• Handle daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
• Use carpet sweepers and floor sweepers and other equipment as needed
• Keep supplies stocked and respond quickly to urgent needs
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a clean, professional atmosphere
