Joel Barlow High School: Custodian (Night Shift) Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial/ Custodian Date Posted: 12/10/2025 Location: Joel Barlow High School, Redding, CT Date Available: Immediate Hours: During training - Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. After training – Monday-Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturday, daytime hours with flexibility that Saturday hours may be changed as needed to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Anticipated Start Date: Immediate opening. Salary & Benefits: In accordance with support staff collective bargaining agreement. Starting salary $20.33/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential. Comprehensive benefits. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
