About The Position

The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas and
performing related work as required. Requires the ability to follow oral or
written instructions and work independently.

Requirements

• High school education or educational equivalent.
• Experience in custodial/housekeeping work of up to a minimum of one year.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of the material and equipment used in custodial and minor maintenance work.
• Ability to follow simple instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees.
