About The Position

This position is responsible for: Cleans and maintains the buildings and grounds to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Ability to meet attendance requirements
• Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping and minor maintenance work
• Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing
• No formal education or experience required.
• Six (6) months experience performing general housekeeping duties.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning activities for buildings and grounds
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms; clean sinks and toilets, polish mirrors, and replenish supplies.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wax floors, floors; sweep sidewalks.
• Cleans windows.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
