This is work performing housekeeping duties including cleaning restrooms, classrooms, offices, common-use areas, and carpet and tile floors in accordance with the APPA cleaning standards. Job Function: Clean and maintain restrooms, classrooms, offices, kitchens, conference rooms, banquet rooms, large assembly rooms, auditoriums, halls, common areas, stairways, elevators, building entrance areas, windows, doors and display cases. Perform additional floor cleaning and maintenance duties. This position is designated as a Tier 2 respondent for designated campus emergencies and events. In the event of a declared campus emergency, the position incumbent will make every effort to return to campus when directed. Marginal Functions Supplementary responsibilities. Special set-up requests Graduations Provides manpower during events Cleans up after events Work orders Receives and delivers supplies Assists other departments as needed Picks up materials from vendors.
