About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Custodian Technician to join our team. As a Custodian Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within facilities. Primary responsibilities will include: Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and notifying management of any shortages. Conducting minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and repairing minor fixtures. Following safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Requirements

• MUST be able to pass comprehensive federal background check and finger printing.
• Be able to speak, write, and understand English.
• Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in custodial services (not required).
