Custodial Tech Lead, Housing and Residence Life
About The Position
The Custodial Tech Lead serves as a working lead custodial staff member by providing professional custodial duties in a fast-paced housing program designed to accommodate approximately 3,700 resident-students. Housing and Residence Life’s mission and goal is to assure healthy, safe, clean and comfortable environments in the university residence halls. The Custodial Tech Lead position reports to the Housing Facilities General Custodial Tech Supervisor and assists with the on-boarding, detailed training, reviews the work of custodial staff and provides corrective actions. Keeps supervisor abreast on an on-going basis, by providing frequent updates and making recommendations for improvement. Reports problems, incidents, damages and building repair needs.
