About The Position

The Custodial Operations Manager, within the Education Division at Tri-County Technical College, is responsible for assisting with leading a goal-oriented housekeeping department. The role involves creating a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with the team, the manager will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where students can study and learn. No prior housekeeping experience is required, as there is a willingness to train and learn.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communication
  • Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to quickly make sound decisions and judgments
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and needs
