About The Position

This position assists with leading a goal-oriented housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. The manager, along with their team, will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where students can study and learn. No prior housekeeping experience is required, only a willingness to learn. The role involves providing leadership, managing team member training, development, assignments, and schedules, performing daily inspections, and recruiting team members. Collaboration with department, facility, and company leadership is essential to achieve goals, and the manager will analyze data to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals. HHS, the employer, is a private, family-owned business founded in 1975, providing services including housekeeping, food, and facility management to nearly 1,000 customers across six industries. The company is growing rapidly and seeks motivated leaders, supporting and encouraging internal growth. Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
