This position assists with leading a goal-oriented housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. The manager, along with their team, will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where students can study and learn. No prior housekeeping experience is required, only a willingness to learn. The role involves providing leadership, managing team member training, development, assignments, and schedules, performing daily inspections, and recruiting team members. Collaboration with department, facility, and company leadership is essential to achieve goals, and the manager will analyze data to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
