This is a Short Term Job Posting for the 2025 - 2026 School Year 245 Day Contract Facilities Job Title: Custodial Manager Assignment: Facilities Department, Custodial Services Team Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years as Head, Lead or Custodian Foreman Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, equipment used in custodial services, modern cleaning methods, OSHA, multi-step in written and oral communication. Demonstrates ability to work with a significant diversity of individuals and/or groups, problem solve to analyze issues and create action plans, assign and review the work of others; supervise and evaluate personnel; observe and assure compliance with health and safety practices and procedures; plan and organize work; communicate effectively both orally and in writing, accomplish the major duties and responsibilities listed below Current New Mexico Drivers License with insurable driving record.
