Responsible for providing overall direction and leadership for the custodial services department including - Operations, staffing, planning, budgeting, training, supervision and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible to provide a climate conducive for staff development and support and to foster a cooperative working environment with staff and other campus departments. Work closely with the athletics, events management, residential and sciences components of facilities management for shared responsibilities and staffing needs. This position reports to the Director of Operations, and work as part of the Operations Leadership Management Team. Work collectively with other facilities directors, managers and own direct reports to support the many deliverables set forth by the college's senior management team such as day to day cleaning expectations, events and capital project support.
