Custodial Lead
About The Position
Introduction: We are seeking a reliable and hard-working candidate to lead our team and ensure that our client's facilities are clean and well-maintained. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility. Also performing tasks such as inspections and inventory management. The selected candidates must have strong leadership abilities and attention to detail. Candidate must also be willing to step up and help the team in the case of personnel shortages. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle as you will be expected to commute between buildings. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm . Pay with is negotiable depending on experience. This is a leadership role with room for growth in management positions for the right candidates. Requirements
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- 1 year minimum of experience in a leadership role
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle as you will be expected to commute between buildings.
Responsibilities
- Direct team members to accomplish tasks
- Communicate with management on client needs
- Report any issues with staff or facility to management
- Clean offices and restrooms.
- Stock restrooms
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
