Description of Responsibilities : Provide Great customer service skills to the stores , admin, and all other vendors/donors. This position will manage janitorial and/or custodial crews in various locations and may personally perform custodial duties when required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, or year for year experience substitution.
Three years of custodial and/or floor care experience, including one year performing in a supervisory capacity.
Florida driver license.
Strong supervisory experience.
Able to create team schedules
Manage timekeeping records
Available to be on call to handle issues or problems
Teach and/or prepare chemicals for use
Assist with care for equipment
Perform cleaning duties when necessary
Oversees general cleaning and maintenance of assigned sites.
Order custodial supplies and equipment as needed and track usage
Follow and instruct others on safe work practices including OSHA regulations, as they relate to the position
Use and instruct others on the proper use of personal protective equipment when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
Safe operation of the tools and equipment used in custodial and floor care work.
Ability to perform heavy physical labor including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and pushing heavy cleaning equipment.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.
