Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodial Crew Leader to join our team and play a key role in supporting our mission of creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this important leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of custodial staff working at various contract sites, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance duties are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and in compliance with agency and client expectations. As a Custodial Crew Leader, you will supervise daily operations, provide hands-on support and training, and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. You will also coordinate staff schedules, transport crew members to work sites, and maintain accurate records of services provided, time worked, and supplies used. Your attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service will help uphold Mozaic's standards and strengthen our relationships with customers and community partners. Requirements

1-3 years working experience with individuals with disabilities.
High School Diploma or GED
A valid and acceptable NYS driver's license
Ability to lift agency materials, equipment, etc.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
Multitasking and organizational ability

Responsibilities
