Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. CUSTODIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER: The Custodial Account Manager position has a critical role in managing the custodial operations within a specific set of accounts, building locations and/or shift times. The Custodial Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison and assigned accounts for day-to-day operational issues and routine communication. The Custodial Account Manager will work closely with the Custodial Project Manager to ensure the budget requirements for supplies and labor are met. The Custodial Account Manager position may require night and weekend work and require communication during off-hours when an employee or customer reaches out for support.
