Responsible for driving customer excellence through day-to-day interaction with our customers around the globe. Expectations will be to handle customer service inquiries through multiple channels such as phone, ticketing system, and support log. In addition to meeting individual productivity goals, this position will be expected to work within our industry leading service levels. Performs other duties as assigned.
