About The Position
This position is for one year based on grant funding.
Responsibilities
- Support K-5 RLA teachers and K-8 math teachers with internalization of Bluebonnet lessons and instructional routines
- Lead PLC meetings focused on instruction, student work, and effective curriculum implementation
- Collaborate with district leadership to strengthen high-quality Tier 1 instruction
- Monitor student progress and support teachers in addressing learning gaps
- Work with administration and teachers to collect analyze, interpret, and use data to guide instructional decisions
