About The Position

The ILT (Instructor-Led Training) Curriculum Coordinator is a vital support role focused on the production and quality control of our instructional learning materials. Working in Adobe InDesign and Jira, this position is responsible for ensuring all curriculum content is professionally formatted, accurate, and ready for distribution by managing the final stages of the training content lifecycle, from revision implementation to final output. The role's impact is centered on maintaining the integrity and high quality of our learning products, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for both our internal teams and end-users.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, related to ILT (live or virtual), Training or Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including expertise in text/graphic editing, style application, layout adjustment, preflighting, and packaging files.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Atlassian Jira.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
  • Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test. Some positions may require other verifications, such as, driver eligibility and record, credentials or education. All new hires will be required to complete the I-9 Form and E-verify process upon employment.

Responsibilities

  • Revise & Format Content: Implement text and graphic edits in Adobe InDesign, adjusting layouts and formatting while strictly adhering to established style guides.
  • Manage InDesign Files: Prepare documents for review (PDF export) and final production (preflight, package).
  • Track Projects: Create and update tasks in Jira, log progress and time, manage attachments, and communicate status updates to the team.
  • Oversee Curriculum Center: Update files and communicate with stakeholders about curriculum releases.
  • Enhance Design Production: Create new documents from existing templates, perform minor graphic edits, create new icons or graphics, and manage digital assets within the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Quality Assurance & Output: Conduct detailed quality assurance checks on all training materials and coordinate with print vendors for final production.
