Requirements

Have a passion for early childhood education and teacher support?
Have at least 2 years of classroom experience in a preschool or early learning setting (required)?
Have strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills?

Nice To Haves

Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred)?

Responsibilities

Support teachers in the effective delivery of our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and ensure developmental appropriateness across all classrooms
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback, modeling, and coaching to promote continuous improvement
Assist in lesson planning, classroom setup, and daily curriculum implementation
Lead curriculum-related staff trainings, enrichment activities, and school events
Partner with the Center Director and leadership team to maintain curriculum compliance and educational excellence
Build relationships with families and staff to support a collaborative, high-quality learning environment
Be willing to step in classroom when teachers call out.
