About The Position

Join WebCE as our Subject Matter Expert in Life and Health Insurance and lead all curriculum and content development efforts. In this role, you will use your deep expertise in life and health insurance and your experience with adult online learning to design and produce responsive, cutting edge continuing education content. You will be responsible for writing content and will partner with industry professionals to ensure each course meets real needs and delivers meaningful value.
Key Responsibilities
As the Curriculum and Content Development Director for our Life and Health Insurance line, you will lead innovation in online learning. You will guide the development of engaging curriculum that meets industry standards and exceeds customer expectations, while shaping product decisions through strategic collaboration with writers, resource groups, and partners. In this role, you will manage budgets, prepare polished communications, and stay ahead of industry trends. You will also represent WebCE at forums and conferences, showcasing our commitment to excellence. Your expertise in online learning technologies will help expand our course catalog, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant for adult learners. Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 Years industry experience in Life and Health Insurance Industry
• 7-10 Years experience writing and developing adult learner education programs
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
