About The Position

Client is seeking an experienced Cúram Reports Developer to support Medicaid reporting initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining reports and data models using Oracle PL/SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics, working closely with business and Medicaid teams to enhance reporting and resolve defects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development
• Strong SQL and relational database design skills
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools (OWB/ODI)
• Experience with BIRT reporting
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics
• 1–2 years experience with Python, PySpark, SparkSQL
• Experience with structured SDLC methodologies
• Ability to work onsite as needed (local candidate required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IBM Cúram
• Business Intelligence tools (BIRT, Business Objects)
• Power BI dashboard development
• Medicaid or government systems experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Medicaid reports within the IBM Cúram framework
• Analyze business requirements and implement reporting solutions
• Build and manage data warehouse and analytics solutions
• Develop reports using BIRT and dashboards using Power BI
• Work with Azure Synapse (serverless SQL, pipelines, Spark)
• Fix defects and implement enhancements from the backlog
• Mentor junior reporting developers and support ETL best practices
