You will leverage in-depth knowledge, experience and insight to address clients’ business issues (which may include client, industry or technology related pressures) with solutions that improves the client's return on investment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in either a large IT consulting firm or a public sector agency, with a focus on delivering technology-driven projects.
  • Curam services delivery experience, including Universal Access, Evidence, Rules and Outcome Management.
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis, including user stories, process flows, and gap analysis.
  • Strong ability to document, analyze, and optimize business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Expertise in identifying and evaluating delivery methods and advising teams on best practices based on measurable outcomes.
  • Experience supporting teams by helping visualize outcomes, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions aligned with the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), sprint, and project scope.
  • Capability to confidently facilitate cross-functional meetings involving clients, system integrators, and technical teams.
  • Solid team building, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • A comprehensive understanding of how to implement and customize Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) functionality to meet requirements.
  • Experience working with public sector clients in large-scale project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analysis, definition and documentation of customer requirements.
  • Analyzing the business requirements of our customers and writing the functional documentation and user stories required by the technical consultants who develop our software.
  • Become a Cúram product functional expert, giving demonstrations of the software capabilities, performing fit/ gap analysis and advising on the best approach to implementing solutions using the product.
  • Act as the point of contact for business-related questions and issues that arise and require clarification, working closely with the senior technical consultants.
  • Act as a focal point for the design and development team when discussing design options and the various merits of different approaches.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to less experienced members of the team.
  • Scope Proofs of Concepts (POCs), if necessary, with technical support.
  • Work with the Cúram pre-sales team developing demos and client presentations.
  • Lead agile sessions when required.
  • Analyze requests from clients and requirements complete detailed work estimates.
  • Prioritize and document solution requirements including Use case and/or process flows , User Stories , Data definitions and/or logical data models, Screen design and story boarding, QA and test case development
