Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team, and make a real impact on a global scale. At Goodwin, we work with some of the world’s most successful and innovative investors, entrepreneurs and disruptors in the life sciences, private equity, real estate, technology and financial industries, and where they converge. As part of the Global Operations Team – all business professionals at the firm – you’ll collaborate with colleagues from varied backgrounds and experiences, fostering an environment where cross-functional learning, networking, and collaboration are at the core of what we do. Here, we’re not just supporting a law firm; we’re partnering with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution, world-class regulatory compliance and advisory services, and complex transactions. Our commitment to integrity, ingenuity, agility, and ambition drives us, and we’re proud to have been recognised as the “Best Business Team” by The American Lawyer. This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers. The Culture & Impact Co-op will support the firm’s Culture & Impact Team. The Culture & Impact Team encompasses four key verticals: 1) Opportunity, Inclusion, and Belonging (OIB), 2) Volunteerism, 3) Attorney and GO Team Engagement, and 4) Onboarding. Together, these verticals are designed to create meaningful experiences and programs that foster a workplace where employees and Partners feel connected, supported, and empowered. The team leads initiatives that strengthen Goodwin’s culture, promote inclusion and belonging, encourage impactful community engagement, and ensure a welcoming experience for all new hires. Through collaboration and innovation, the Culture & Impact Team helps build a firm where everyone can thrive and contribute to positive change. We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and highly driven student eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment, with a primary focus on supporting our global Opportunity, Inclusion, and Belonging (OIB) initiatives. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with prior co-op experience who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings and possesses strong prioritization, project coordination, and writing skills. Experience with OIB programs, data analysis, or training development is preferred. This role will work closely with members of the Culture and Impact team, supporting projects related to the Attorney and GO Team Engagement in addition to OIB.
