Kimley-Horn is seeking Cultural Resource Management students for an intern position in their Riverside, CA office. This role involves supporting tribal, public, and private clients in conducting site inventory surveys, site conditions assessments, and site eligibility evaluations. It also includes work on cultural resources site records and technical studies in compliance with state and federal environmental and historic preservation laws like the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and/or Section 106 of the National Preservation Act (NHPA). The intern will support and engage in Tribal consultation and public outreach, and gain experience in conducting peer reviews of cultural resources technical reports and related chapters in environmental documents such as EIRs, EISs, and Land Use Plans.
